The PB series video pipeline endoscope is a new type of detection device for inspecting the interior of pipelines. It features a wide viewing Angle, large observation range, strong brightness of the lighting source and high resolution.
The hard push cable (GFRP material) is convenient for long-distance feeding of lenses, with a length ranging from 10m to 120m, and can be operated in both horizontal and vertical directions. This system can be equipped with multiple lenses and digital processing controllers. One machine with multiple uses, saving costs.

Equipped with GFRP rigid carbon fiber detection lines, it supports an ultra-long detection range of 10m to 120m. It perfectly suits the long-distance pipeline detection requirements of large factories, urban pipelines, power projects, etc., without the need to move the equipment in segments, significantly improving operational efficiency.
2. Multiple specifications of probes for adaptation, covering all pipe diameters
Available in 8mm/17mm/28mm/32mm/42mm/50mm and other diameters, it can precisely cover small-diameter branch pipes to large-diameter main pipes.
Supports axial 360° and radial 180° rotation scanning, combined with a 100°-150° wide-angle field of view, scanning the inner wall of the pipeline without blind spots, easily handling different pipe diameters' detection tasks.
3. Multiple levels of high-definition quality, precise defect recognition
Available in 700 lines/900 lines/1200 lines high resolution, combined with high-brightness LED white light source, it can present clear and color-representative real-time images in complex dark pipeline environments.
Supports fixed-focus/zoom functions, allowing for flexible switching between panoramic scanning and microscopic detail observation, accurately capturing minor defects and hidden dangers such as corrosion, cracks, blockages, and foreign objects.
4. Intelligent control and high-definition display, upgraded operation experience
Equipped with 7"/8"/10" high-definition TFT monitors, 16:9 wide-screen display, supporting photo, video, playback, image zooming and other multi-functional operations, making it clear and intuitive to view on-site detection and data recording.
Built-in 512Hz positioning transmitter (optional), enabling precise positioning of pipeline positions, combined with software for data management, facilitating later analysis and report generation.

The probe uses IP68-level waterproof and dustproof materials, capable of stable operation in underwater, high-humidity, and oil-contaminated environments, suitable for complex conditions such as municipal and chemical industries.

Setup: Secure the right probe (8-50mm) to the GRP pole. Power on the 7"-10" HD screen, adjust the LED light.
Deploy: Feed the probe into the pipe. Control direction & rotation for 360° scanning. Use the 512Hz locator if needed.
Record: Take 1080P photos/videos. Zoom in for defects.
Finish: Retract the pole. Save/export data, clean the probe and reel for next use.
