1. Quality Inspection of Automotive Castings

Used for inspecting the inner cavities of automotive castings such as engine blocks, cylinder heads, turbochargers, intake manifolds, etc., to precisely detect sand holes, cracks, aluminum chips, scratches, and weld defects, ensuring the quality of the castings upon leaving the factory and avoiding rework and post-sale faults.

2. Non-destructive Testing for Mechanical Castings

This technology is applicable to various mechanical castings such as pump bodies, valve bodies, gearboxes, and hydraulic components. It can thoroughly inspect internal corrosion, rust spots, foreign objects, and shrinkage cavities in complex cavities without the need for disassembly. It enables rapid defect detection and optimization of the casting process.

3. Quality Verification of Casting Weld Joints

For the welding areas of castings, multiple-angle probes are used for direct inspection of weld formation, pores, slag inclusions, and incomplete penetration defects. Coupled with high-definition imaging and image retention, this ensures the traceability requirements for welding quality acceptance and process improvement.

Power-on Preparation: Connect the corresponding specification insertion tube. After powering on, complete the white balance calibration on the 10.1/11.6-inch high-definition screen. Adjust the brightness of the LED/fiber optic light source according to the inspected workpiece to adapt to the dim environment of the foundry workshop.

Precise Inspection: Control the probe to rotate 360° in all directions through the joystick. Combine with the multi-angle switching of 0°/30°/70°/90°, deeply explore the complex internal cavities of the casting, and conduct thorough inspections without any blind spots for sand holes, cracks, aluminum chips, etc.

Record and Archive: When a defect is detected, trigger the photo/video shooting, freeze the image, and use the zoom function. The ruler can be adjusted for precise measurement of the defect size, and it will be automatically saved to the TF card for convenient future traceability and report generation.

Flexible Expansion: Support HDMI external display for large-screen display. It can achieve synchronous observation of the front and side lenses. When changing the working conditions, simply plug and unplug to replace different material insertion tubes and quickly adapt to different casting detection requirements.

Storage and Maintenance: After use, wipe the insertion tube and probe with a dust-free cloth to avoid bending the pipelines. After powering off, store it according to the specifications. Regularly clean the lenses and check for pipeline wear to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
